紫薯发糕

This fatt kao is really fragrant, soft and taste nice too. My mum loves it so much.
食谱来自ching
番薯发糕:
材料A:
普通面粉~3 大匙
即溶酵母~2 小匙
幼糖 ~1 小匙
温水 ~3 大匙
材料B:
橙色番薯~200 g
幼糖 ~120~180 g (视番薯的甜度,自己调放)
鸡蛋 ~ 1 粒
浓椰浆 ~150 ml
材料C:
普通面粉~200 g
双倍发粉~1 小匙
做法:
1.番薯蒸熟压成烂泥。
2.把材料A拌均,放置一旁待发酵5~10分钟。
3.把所有材料B和发酵后的材料A一起放入搅拌机内搅均,加入材料C,继续搅拌至泥状。
4.取出放置发酵1小时。
5.将粉浆搅拌均匀后,分别放入已铺了纸杯的发糕杯内,以大火蒸20分钟即可。

    How come yours have 2-tone colour?? Did U uses 2 different type of of sweet potatoes??
