材料:
- 南瓜泥-120 g
- 糯米粉- 60 g
- 面粉- 30 g
- 发粉-1/4 茶匙
- 白糖-50 g
- 粟米油-20 g
发种材料:
- 面粉-80g
- 即溶酵母-1 茶匙
- 清水-75 ml
做法;
- 南瓜切块蒸熟,趁热压成泥。
- 将发种材料混合均匀,待发一,两个小时。
- 将发酵好的发种加入发粉和白糖搓均,再加入其余的材料及(1)搓揉至光滑,表面抹少许油,休息10分钟。
- 将(3)错成长条形,分割每份为30g,搓圆稍压扁,放在涂油的香蕉叶上,再休息20分钟,以中火蒸10分钟。
